CoolRide tracks your flight, so whether you are early or late, we will be there. For your convenience, at most airports we can pick you up curbside or meet you inside the terminal. Refer to the specific procedures below for the airport you will be landing at.

Upon arriving at the airport, if you are unable to locate your driver, please call our 24-hour Dispatch at 888-812-2665 immediately. Dispatch will locate your driver and coordinate your connection. LAX

Personal Greeting Inside the Terminal: Upon arriving at LAX look for your driver inside the terminal near baggage claim holding a sign with your name on it. If you do not spot your driver, call CoolRide immediately at 888-812-2665 and our Dispatcher will help you make the connection. On international flights only, an additional charge will apply for inside the terminal greeting - check with your CoolRide Agent for details.

Curbside pickup: Just call us when you are ready to go at 888-812-2665. We will pick you up curbside for a quick exit from the airport.

Burbank (Bob Hope) Airport

Upon arriving at Burbank Airport look for your driver in the baggage claim area holding a sign with your name on it. Long Beach Airport

Upon arriving at Long Beach Airport look for your driver near the baggage claim area holding a sign with your name on it. Ontario Airport

Upon arriving at Ontario Airport look for your driver near the baggage claim area holding a sign with your name on it. John Wayne Airport

Upon arriving at John Wayne Airport look for your driver near the baggage claim area holding a sign with your name on it. Cruise Ship Terminals

Once you have gone through customs, retrieved your luggage and disembarked the ship, call CoolRide at 888-812-2665. Our Dispatcher will send your driver, who is staging just a few minutes from the dock, to meet you at curbside. Please turn your cell phone on after exiting the ship.

Train Stations

Look for your driver as soon as you exit the train. Your driver will have a sign with your name on it for an easy connection. If you do not spot your driver, call CoolRide immediately at 888-812-2665 and our Dispatcher will help you make the connection. Please turn your cell phone on when the train nears the station.
