CoolRide tracks your flight, so whether you are early or late, we will be there. Your driver will be easy to spot. Just look for the CoolRide greeting sign with your name on it. Relax, we’ll make the last part of your trip very enjoyable.

While other companies charge up to $25.00 or more for personal Meet and Greet service, at CoolRide there is no extra charge.

Upon arriving at the airport, if you are unable to locate your driver, please call our 24-hour Dispatch at 888-812-2665 immediately. Dispatch will locate your driver and coordinate your connection. LAX

Upon arriving at LAX look for your driver inside the terminal near baggage claim. Your driver will have a sign with your name on it along with a baggage cart ready to handle your luggage. If you do not spot your driver, call CoolRide immediately at 888-812-2665 and our Dispatcher will help you make the connection. Please turn your cell phone on after exiting the aircraft.

Burbank (Bob Hope) Airport

Upon arriving at Burbank Airport look for your driver in the baggage claim area. Your driver will have a sign with your name on it for an easy connection. Long Beach Airport

Cruise Ship Terminals

Once you have gone through customs, retrieved your luggage and disembarked the ship, call CoolRide at 888-812-2665. Our Dispatcher will send your driver, who is staging just a few minutes from the dock, to meet you at curbside. Please turn your cell phone on after exiting the ship.

Train Stations

Look for your driver as soon as you exit the train. Your driver will have a sign with your name on it for an easy connection.
