We're glad to hear you liked your chauffeur. They really are an impressive bunch! If you book online, simply enter your favorite chauffeur's name in the Preferred Chauffeur field on the Book Your Reservation page. If you can not remember his/her name, don't worry. Just send us an email email@example.com or call our Reservation Center and we'll look up your chauffeur's name for you. If you book over the phone, just let our Reservation Agent know who your favorite chauffeur is.
We understand how comforting it can be to have a chauffeur you know and trust. It is as important to us as it is to you. While we can not guaranty it, we will do everything possible to get you your favorite chauffeur.
Will my chauffeur assist with my luggage?
Absolutely! Your personal chauffeur is there to serve you from the moment he greets you until he drops you off, safe and sound, at your destination.
How much luggage can I take?
CoolRide operates full size luxury sedans with large trunks. If we can fit your luggage in the trunk, we'll take it. Typically that means about 4 standard suitcases and a few smaller items. Are car seats provided for children?

How do I make a reservation? Should I book online or over the phone?
The easiest and most convenient way to book a reservation is online. You can book online 24/7, at your convenience. It's easy and it's secure.

How far in advance do I need to book a reservation?
To assure we will have a vehicle available when you need it, the farther in advance of your travel date that you can book, the better. However, CoolRide strives to accommodate even same day, last minute (ASAP) reservations. Just call us when you are ready to book. We will do our best to meet your needs
When do you charge my credit card?
We do not charge your credit card until the day before you travel. If you book a round trip reservation, both trips will be charged at the same time.
How do I make changes to my reservation after booking it?
Reservations can only be changed by a Reservation Agent, or online if you have created an online account.

Can I just get a fare quote without booking a reservation?
Sure! To start, just click on Reservations & Rates, or click here - Reservations & Rates. After giving us some basic information about your trip, you'll receive a fare quote. You can stop there or proceed to book your reservation.
Is booking a reservation online secure and private?
Will I receive a written confirmation for reservations booked online?
Yes you will. A confirmation will be emailed to you shortly after you book your reservation. The confirmation will include all the important information pertaining to your pickup, plus a Confirmation Number for future reference.
Which airports does CoolRide serve?
CoolRide serves all airports in the greater Los Angeles area including Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Burbank Airport (BUR), John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA), Long Beach Airport (LGB), and Ontario Airport (ONT). Plus the cruise ship terminals and train stations. As well, CoolRide serves all major airports nationwide.

What are your rates for charters?
Hourly charter rates vary based on the type of vehicle. Please call our reservation center at 888-812-2665 for a price quote.
How soon before my flight will you get me to the airport?
Airlines typically suggest that passengers arrive anywhere from 1 to 2 hours before their flight, depending on whether they are flying domestic or international, and if they are checking luggage. CoolRide's standard pickup times are established to get you to the airport approximately 2 hours in advance for international flights and 1.5 hour in advance for domestic flights. If you would like to leave earlier and are booking online, simply make your desired adjustment from the Reservations Options page. Otherwise, check with your Customer Service Representative.
How soon before my pickup will my chauffeur arrive?
Your chauffeur will typically arrive at your location 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. We're not trying to rush you, we just want you to relax knowing that we are there.
Where's my chauffeur?
Periodically our experienced and professional chauffeurs have difficulty making contact with our passengers. Even though our chauffeur is in your neighborhood, it may be difficult for him to make contact with you.
If your chauffeur is late and you have not heard from us, do not hesitate to call us immediately at 888-812-2665. You will probably discover that your chauffeur is nearby trying to make contact with you.
Where do I meet my chauffeur once I arrive at the airport?
Unless you have arranged for a curbside pickup, your chauffeur will meet you in baggage claim with a sign with your last name on it. It will be easy to spot your chauffeur, just look for a sign with the CoolRide colors.
How long does it take to pick me up after arriving at the airport?
We track your flight so we know if your plane is early or late. Your chauffeur will be waiting for you in baggage claim.

Our chauffeurs check and double check to make sure no personal belongings are left in the vehicle. Can I set up a corporate or personal account?
Corporate accounts can be established. Please contact CoolRide Sales at 888-812-2665 or by email at email@example.com. CoolRide is not opening personal accounts at this time. However, all major credit cards are accepted.
Can I book CoolRide reservations for my customers online?
Yes you can, and it's very easy to do. You will receive an account ID which you will use to access your custom online reservation page. Both you and your client can receive an email confirmation allowing you to easily follow up on the reservation.
Can I set up a corporate account?

Of course you can, and it's easy to do. You will receive a Corporate ID that you will use to access your custom online reservation page, or you can simply create a shortcut on your desktop.
Can I allow others in my company to book reservations and still maintain control?
Yes, and again it's easy to do. We can either issue unique ID's to every person in the organization who will be booking reservations or only give your ID to those who are authorized to book. In either case we can set it up so that both you and the person who booked the reservation receive an email confirmation. In this way you will know every time a reservation is booked. The CoolRide invoices you receive will track the reservations made by each.
